Shamaila Akram
Shamaila teaches Chemistry & Physics up to pre-university level in an inner city state school where she is also assistant head of department. She handles ‘Alamiyah finances and is one of the founding trustees and a student teacher of the ‘Essential Tauhid’ programme. Fuelled by her passion for education, as both teacher and learner, Shamaila and a collaboration of like-minded educators formed the Quest Foundation for Learning, a charitable organisation for which she is also trustee.
